Peregrine Arts integrates the four core practices that constitute today’s arts and humanities industry: producing, presenting, consulting, and research.

PEREGRINE ARTS PRODUCTIONS initiates, develops, and disseminates new, multi-disciplinary projects from live performance works and art installations, to exhibitions and festivals.

Peregrine’s producing focuses on original projects that explore seminal issues for artists and for the field. We offer opportunities to investigate new ways of exploring public engagement. Our productions often require multiple years of development, and all must exhibit creative and financial sustainability through touring or franchising.

PEREGRINE ARTS PRESENTS serves as the company’s incubator and public platform for exploring methods of audience engagement and cultural consumer value creation.

Annually, Peregrine presents existing work or works-in-progress to test market audiences in Philadelphia. To complement this process, we provide marketing toolkits and documentation of the creative process. Public reception and feedback is accumulated and studied. Through this we provide a local proving ground for our projects before they are presented in other global marketplaces.

PEREGRINE ARTS CONSULTING offers management, marketing, and content development services to producers, presenters and advocacy institutions working in the arts and humanities.

Peregrine is a pioneer in “curatorial” consulting, a process of taking current knowledge of consumer values and audience engagement beyond the management sphere into the creative and curatorial realm. Our ecological view of today’s arts and humanities industry maintains that strategic collaboration between organizations, and the coordination of resources, is just as critical as the wellbeing of individual companies.

PEREGRINE ARTS RESEARCH explores problems and issues in artistic and organizational practices by studying cultural and consumer value systems.

We are committed to creating knowledge that advances both theory and practical application. Peregrine places emphasis on qualitative and interdisciplinary approaches to framing problems and investigating ideas. Our research supports our producing, presenting, and consulting divisions and offers an annual series of public discussions and white papers.
