why expo?

Peregrine Arts Expo is our annual public exposition of the work currently under way across the company's four practices: producing, presenting, consulting and research. The Expo takes place over a month or two of programs each spring or early summer in various venues around Philadelphia. Peregrine does not offer a traditional season series, nor is "festival" the right term for our annual events, since they include both arts programs and more research-oriented public discussions or "discursive" events. We decided the format term "Expo" best describes the annual presentation of the diverse work of Peregrine Arts.
